I'm Shane Stewart
The owner of Clear Path Home Loans. Based on the Gold Coast, we help individuals and families across Australia purchase property, refinance and plan their next move, with a particular focus on medical professionals. We start by understanding your goals, timing and financial position, then assess how your income, deposit and existing commitments affect your options. For doctors, registrars and specialists, this can include income from multiple roles, a move into private practice or eligibility for profession-specific lending policies.
We compare suitable lenders and loan structures, providing a written comparison of rates, repayments, fees and features so you can understand our recommendation and ask questions before proceeding. We manage the application process and keep you informed as it progresses. Our support continues after settlement through loan reviews, rate negotiations and help with refinancing or restructuring as your circumstances change.
